Leroy started in sealant application before most of what's now standard practice in the trade was standard at all. Twenty-five years later, Seven Seals is what's left after the shortcuts got trained out of him: a practice that does silicone and mastic sealing, and only silicone and mastic sealing, because staying with one trade for a quarter of a century is the only way to actually get good at it.
Years spent leading crews and training applicators mean the standard doesn't only live in one pair of hands. Every joint gets treated the same way, whether it's a single kitchen worktop or a commercial fit-out running to a programme: strip out what's there, prepare the substrate properly, and finish it so it lasts.
